Part I: Trial by Jury
The defendant, Edwin, has fallen for another woman and jilted the plaintiff,
Angelina. Unfortunately for Edwin, Angelina’s beauty has entranced both
judge and jury.
Edwin proposes to “marry this lady today and the other tomorrow,” to which Angelina objects. Ultimately, the judge finds a novel resolution to the case!
Intermission
The cast will serve coffee, iced tea, and home-baked strawberry shortcake
with vanilla ice cream.
